Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, giving you up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify, items must be:

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at support@fravra.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send the item.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Returned in the original packaging

Includes a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Sale or discounted items (eligible for store credit only if return is accepted)

Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or customer damage

Items returned without prior approval

Gift cards

Items purchased through third-party retailers
Quality Issues – What’s Not Considered Defective
The following are not considered quality issues:

Minor fabric characteristics (loose threads, raw edges, thickness variations, etc.)

Slight color differences due to lighting or monitor settings

Sizing and fit preferences (please refer to our size chart)

Damage caused by washing, improper care, modifications, or mishandling
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, contact us at support@fravra.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate and provide a resolution (replacement or store credit, where applicable).
