How long does it take to receive the orders?
To ensure we maintain our high standards, we follow the timeline below:
- Order Processing: All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business hours, at which point you will receive a unique tracking code.
- Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location. We ship to approximately 75 countries.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and currently deliver to over 65 countries. Shipping costs apply and will be calculated at checkout.

How to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status. You can also track your order anytime on our tracking page.
Refund and Replacement
How to get a refund or replacement?
To request a refund or replacement, please visit the Contact Us page or send us a message at support@fravra.com
You can return a product for any reason within 14-days guaranteed.
Is there a shipping cost associated with receiving a replacement item?
If you've recently received broken/damaged, incorrect, or low-quality items, we'll happily send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
In certain situations, there may be an additional fee for sending you the replacement item, which could include shipping fees or price differences.
Examples include:
- Change size
- Change to different items
When will I get the refund?
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after your return package arrives at our warehouse.
When will I get my replacement item?
Processing Time: Replacements are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery date: Allow 7-15 working days for delivery. This timeframe starts after your replacement is sent.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We process orders within 24 hours, so modifications are only possible before the order is shipped. If you need to change your shipping address, size, or product variant, please contact us immediately with your order number. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our automated fulfillment system, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order is processed, it moves quickly through our system, and cancellation may no longer be possible. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible, and we will check if the order can still be stopped.
What if my order has already shipped?
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, you can follow our return policy if you wish to request a refund or exchange after receiving the package.

Nope. All our pieces are produced to meet the highest quality standards, using materials that are gentle, non-irritating, and hypoallergenic, even for sensitive skin.
Is the fabric see-through?
No. Our double-lined fabrics ensure opacity even in lighter colors.
Do your products stretch or lose shape?
Our fabrics are designed to contour your body while maintaining their structure. With proper care, they retain their fit and elasticity even with frequent wear.
How do I care for my items?
Machine wash cold on gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and hang to dry for longest life.
Will your tops ride up or roll down?
Our designs are cut to stay in place all day – no constant adjusting needed.
Transaction and Payment
Why have I been charged twice?
If you receive a double charge for a single purchase, the initial step is to review the confirmation email.
If you receive multiple confirmation emails with distinct order numbers, indicating multiple orders have been placed, please thoroughly review the order details. Subsequently, feel free to reach out to us either by contacting us directly at support@fravra.com.
