Returns and Refunds

Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, giving you up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at support@fravra.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send the item.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
Your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Includes a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Sale or discounted items (eligible for store credit only if return is accepted)

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or customer damage

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased through third-party retailers

Quality Issues – What’s Not Considered Defective
The following are not considered quality issues:

  • Minor fabric characteristics (loose threads, raw edges, thickness variations, etc.)

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or monitor settings

  • Sizing and fit preferences (please refer to our size chart)

  • Damage caused by washing, improper care, modifications, or mishandling

If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, contact us at support@fravra.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate and provide a resolution (replacement or store credit, where applicable).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@fravra.com to request a return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with all original components.
  4. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier.
  5. Share the tracking number within 7 days of return approval.

Note:
Do not send returns to the sender address on the package. A correct return address will be provided once your return is approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

  • Fravra is not liable for lost or untrackable returns.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get another item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved:

  • Refunds for regular-priced items will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Refunds for sale items will be issued as store credit only.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or missed delivery attempts, you may request a refund or reshipment. A restocking fee will apply for refunds in such cases.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase.

  • After that, cancellations are not guaranteed due to fast processing.

  • If the order has already shipped, you may return it once received by following the return process above.
